Welcome Consultation (online)

Arrival-day reassurance and guidance

Help setting up your SIM card and key UK apps

Guidance on using transport and contactless payments

Advice on where to buy groceries, bedding, and essentials

Support registering with a local doctor (GP) and opening a bank account

Personalised “Living in Your Area” Starter Guide

7 days of messaging support (Monday to Sunday), starting from the day you arrive in the UK
